About the Opportunity:

Role: Key Account Manager - Corporate Channel
Level: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Reporting To: Senior Manager - Corporate Channel
Location: Mumbai

About the Function:


MyBiz, a corporate travel management platform by MakeMyTrip provides a customizable, real-
time self-booking system which seamlessly integrates into a companys structure to deliver
convenience, transparency, savings and the power of choice. Over last 5 years, they have on-
boarded 50000+ prominent corporates which are availing the benefits of our seamless platform,
along with significant savings.

About the Role:
As an Account Manager at MyBiz MakeMyTrip, you will be responsible for building and
maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their
expectations are exceeded.
Your role will involve understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and
driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

  • What will you be doing:
  • Interfacing with decision makers of corporate organizations to pitch myBiz Product.
  • Handling entire sales cycle from lead generation, preparing and giving business
    presentations/ proposals to closing the final deal.
  • Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Creating and maintaining a healthy sales funnel week-on-week.
  • Building long-term relationships with new accounts and maintaining strong relationships
    with existing customers.
  • Analyzing the current market trends for scoping competition and adapting best practices.
  • Ensuring quick resolution of queries and escalations by clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Working closely with the support departments such as creative, operations, tech, finance for
    Client /corporate on-boarding.
  • Taking the contracts from inception to closure with the help of legal department ensuring
    sales-cycle completion.


Qualification & Experience :

  • Well-rounded B2B experience.
  • Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM) from reputed institute with 3-6 years of relevant experience.

Key Success Factors for the Role:

  • Understanding of commission structures, discounting, and basic knowledge of P&L
    management.
  • Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder
    management skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
