Job Description

• Job Title: Life Insurance SME (Subject Matter Expert)

• Experience : 15+ years of experience in the life insurance industry (preferably in product management, underwriting, or policy administration, claims management, Reinsurance, Financial entries at back-office system level).

• • IT Knowledge : Familiarity with life insurance systems, policy administration software, claims management solutions, and insurance workflows.
  • Technical Understanding : Ability to understand IT systems architecture and integration for insurance solutions.
  • Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrate the product features and functions and work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales and Product team
  • Documentation Skills : Work with Pre-Sales, Sales and Product team to prepare the RFI/RFP/Proposal preparation and presentation preparation for the proposal.
  • Regulatory Knowledge : Deep knowledge of life insurance regulations and compliance standards in various jurisdictions.
  • Bachelors/ master s degree in insurance, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Insurance certifications are a plus.
