Job Description

A professional with strong knowledge of trading back-office operations to join our Product Implementation Support team. The role involves working closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams to support the implementation, customization, and rollout of trading and post-trade solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, and regulatory reporting, with the ability to translate business needs into system configurations and functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for trading back-office processes, including trade capture, confirmation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.

Support the end-to-end product implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live.

Work with clients to understand workflows, identify gaps, and configure product solutions accordingly.

Assist in system integration, data migration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for trading and post-trade systems.

Provide functional support to resolve back-office-related issues during implementation and production rollout.

Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure delivery aligns with client and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides for clients.

Monitor post-go-live performance and provide ongoing support for enhancements and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus).

4 8 years of experience in trading back-office operations or product implementation support.

Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle management across multiple asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX).

Experience in settlements, reconciliations, collateral management, and corporate actions.

Experience with trading/back-office platforms (e.g., CLASS Backoffice, ComTek, Dolphin, TCS BaNCS, SPARC, etc.).

Ability to analyze workflows and provide effective functional/technical solutions.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or scripting for data analysis is an advantage.
