Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy AI Annotators to support our machine learning and artificial intelligence projects. The role involves labeling, tagging, and categorizing data (images, text, audio, or video) to train and improve AI models. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, patience for repetitive tasks, and a passion for AI technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately label and annotate datasets (text, images, audio, or video) according to project guidelines.
- Validate and verify annotations to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to understand data requirements.
- Use internal annotation tools and software to perform labeling tasks.
- Identify data quality issues and report inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Participate in regular reviews to improve annotation quality and efficiency.
- Contribute feedback to improve annotation guidelines and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or any related field (any graduate with strong analytical skills can apply).
- Basic understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Familiarity with data labeling tools (e.g., Labelbox, CVAT, Scale AI, or custom internal tools).
- Good command of English language and comprehension (for text annotation roles).
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (for experienced roles):
- 13 years of experience in data annotation / AI labeling / content moderation / data operations.
- Experience working on projects involving computer vision, NLP, or speech data.
- Ability to train and guide junior annotators or quality-check their work.
