Position: Analytics Developer (Strategy)
Purpose of the Position: Design, Develop, support and steer end-to-end business intelligence solution using Strategy reporting tool.
Location: Nagpur, Pune
Type of Employment: Full time Employment
Key Result Areas and Activities:
- Work with Business stakeholders to analyse data and present it through reports that can helpin decision making
- Designing and developing reports, dashboards according to business requirement
- Strong technical skills and thorough understanding of Data Warehouse Concepts and SQL
- To be able to drive root cause analysis for problems, estimate efforts and contribute to the development of long-term solutions
- Candidate needs to work in near Arizona Time Zone (5 PM 1 AM IST) and currently remote working/hybrid work model is in place.
Roles & Responsibilities
Essential Skills:
- Hands-on expereince in Design and Development of strategy dashboards/ reports
- Hands-on experience in creating schema objects like attributes, facts, etc.
- Knowledge on SQL
- Experience with Object Manager and Integrity Manager for code deployment and testing
- Experience with Intelligent Cubes
- Experience with Strategy Workstation and MCE
Desirable Skills:
- Experience on Snowflake or other cloud-based RDBMS
- Experience on Strategy Transaction Reports
- Experience in Retail Domain
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in BI tools and SQL
Qualities:
- Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast-growing team and firm
- Able to consult, write, and present persuasively
- Able to work with teams and clients in different time zones
- Champion efforts to ensure appropriate development best practices and assist with strategy and roadmap development.
