Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python and a deep understanding of Generative AI frameworks and large language models (LLMs). The role involves building, fine-tuning, and deploying intelligent AI-powered solutions that drive automation, innovation, and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Work with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini) and fine-tune models for specific business use cases.
- Implement NLP/NLU pipelines for text generation, summarization, and semantic search.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Research and evaluate emerging Gen AI tools and frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, etc.).
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability for enterprise-grade applications.
- Document processes, model behavior, and performance results for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 610 years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in AI/ML or Gen AI.
- Proficiency in Python, and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, or LangChain.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, deep learning, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI, and deploying AI models on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and RAG pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
