- Notice Period : Immediate
- Mode: Hybrid mode
- Shift timings : North America shifts (9:30 PM TO 6:30AM)
- Mode of interview : 1 Round Virtual and 1 Round F2F Interview
DTNA-Cloud-Operations Support Engineer
Should be willing to work 24/7, rotation shifts.
Experience on ITSM processes like Incident, change and problem management
Escalation processes.
Documentation of technical runbooks and RCA.
Working knowledge on JIRA / Service Now / Pager Duty.
Should have done on call responsibilities as well.
3-5 years of professional experience working on Azure cloud Platform (any public cloud is also ok but microservice based application experience is must).
Production experience of containers and container orchestration tools (Docker/Kubernetes/Helm/FluxCD).
Experience in working with cloud native, enterprise scale applications, API Gateways, high availability architectures, load balancing & disaster recovery.
Knowledge of application and cloud security (HTTP, TLS, certificate management).
Experience of setting up CI/CD pipelines including production deployments using github (any other CICD tool like Azure DevOps , CircleCI, Jenkins etc. should have process knowledge and should be able to correlate on other platforms or tools).
Good troubleshooting skills, approach to drill down to the cause ASAP.
Experience building and working with observability, logging and metrics solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, azure app insights , log analytics, ADX (any other tool like Azure Monitor, Dashboards, Workbooks etc is also fine but should be able to switch and contribute).
Provisioning/ Enablement/ Support to various Azure Services covering Compute, Storage, Networks, Integration services.
Experience on IaC Automation using PowerShell, ARM templates, Terraform, CFT.
Demonstrate maturity on modern infrastructure practices.
Fair / basic understanding (preferably experienced on debugging applications in at least any coding languages (e.g. Java/Python/.Net/NodeJS/Go).
Knowledge of at least one package/dependency management system (e.g. Maven/Gradle/NPM/Composer/Yarn).
In depth experience of code repository tools like git including development and feature based workflows and at least one Git solution (e.g.Github/Gitlab/Gerrit/Bitbucket).
Professional Team player, knowledge sharing , self-motivated.
