Job Description
- Understand the functional requirements from Product and Figma UX
- Based on the understanding come up with the technical solution with
- What all components we need to create with reusability and functionality in mind etc.
- How these components will be composed together and interact with loose coupling etc.
- Follow the standard NetraAI standards, keeping Security in mind when leveraging any npm packages etc.
- Break the solution into workable stories allowing efficient parallelism with appropriate dependency order
- Work and guide fellow developers on the implementation
- Perform deep code reviews
- Be able to participative in Team meetings like Feature discovery, grooming, Retrospective etc.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- B.E or MCA or B. Tech or MTech or MS Graduation (16+ years of formal education)
- Solid experience in designing feature implementations, HLD or LLD
- Solid understanding or experience on FE framework React
- Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Knowledge of techniques for optimizing web page loading speed and overall performance
- Understanding how to interact with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of responsive Design, cross browser compatibility etc.
- Fair understanding of UI or UX principles
- Solid knowledge on Java or Spring Boot, React, Postgres
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like React.
- Proven solid problem-solving, debugging, analytical abilities
- Proven solid problem-solving capability
- Proven effective communication and collaboration skills with Product & fellow developers
- Proven curious and Quick learner to adapt based on Tech needs of the project
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically to implement new features and solve problems
