Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document complex healthcare business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA, and clinical stakeholders
- Drive interoperability initiatives across platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and integration
- Support compliance efforts by aligning deliverables with ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and other relevant standards
- Participate in solution design discussions, contributing domain expertise and analytical insights
- Maintain traceability of requirements and ensure alignment with quality management system (QMS) documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT, with a strong focus on interoperability and platform integration
- Deep understanding of healthcare data models, workflows, and regulatory environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in healthcare interoperability standards and data exchange protocols
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 regulatory frameworks
- Prior experience working with MedTech device requirements and documentation
Desired Skills:
- Exposure to EPIC Systems (data structures, workflows, integration points)
- Working knowledge of ReactJS and MySQL
- Experience with interface engines such as Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, or Rhapsody
Must Have skill: BA + HL7/FHIR + Regulatory standards
Experience: Minimum 5+ years
