Position: Domain Consultant
Work Location: : BANGALORE

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and strong X++ programming skills to support system operations, troubleshooting, enhancements, and upgrades. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing the D365 F&O and Project Operations environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support & Troubleshooting:
• Manage incident and service requests in alignment with SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• System Configuration & Maintenance:
• Configure and maintain D365 F&O modules: Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Project Ops.
• Conduct regular system checks, updates, and performance optimizations.
• System Enhancements & Improvements:
• Assist in designing, testing, and implementing new features and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams for system customizations.
• Version Upgrades & Patches:
• Support patching, updates, and new releases with minimal disruption.
• Compliance & Security:
• Ensure security protocols and compliance standards are upheld.

Essential Skills:

• 4+ years of experience supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proficiency in at least one module: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Project Operations.
• Strong expertise in X++ programming, OOPs, and Visual Studio.
• Experience in developing and implementing D365 FO customizations.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Familiar with data migration, system integration, and report customization.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in end-to-end D365 FO implementations.
