Job Description

As a Resident Medical Officer (Critical Care / ICU) at Accord Super Speciality Hospital, you will play a crucial role in assisting in the management of critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Your responsibilities will include continuous monitoring and management of ICU patients, immediate response to patient emergencies, execution of treatment plans under consultant supervision, maintaining accurate patient records, assisting in procedures such as intubation and central line insertion, coordinating with the ICU team, supporting infection control and patient safety protocols, participating in clinical rounds, and ICU training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Continuous monitoring and management of ICU patients. - Immediate response to patient emergencies and deterioration. - Execution of treatment plans under consultant supervision. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. - Assisting in procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, etc. - Coordinating with nurses, paramedics, and other support staff. - Supporting infection control and patient safety protocols. - Participating in clinical rounds and ICU training programs. Qualifications: - MBBS from a recognized medical college. - Training or prior experience in ICU/Critical Care preferred. - Basic life support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are desirable.,
