Job Description

    Role Overview: As a Deputy Manager in International Business based in Mumbai (Head Office) with a target region of the Middle East, your role will involve leading international sales and business development efforts to drive growth in the Middle East region. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from strategy and market entry to client relationships and order delivery. Collaboration across teams and maintaining profitability will be crucial in achieving success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Hit sales targets and maintain profit margins to ensure business growth. - Expand presence in the Middle East by identifying and partnering with distributors, agents, and other partners. - Ensure excellent service and strong customer satisfaction to build long-lasting relationships. Market Strategy: - Conduct research on market trends and competition. - Utilize insights to develop entry and growth plans in the target markets. - Lead efforts to establish new business in the Middle East markets. Business Development: - Visit partners to nurture relationships and explore opportunities. - Negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements effectively. - Manage the full order cycle, including quotes, delivery, and invoicing. Sales & Marketing Support: - Assist in regional campaigns and promotions. - Represent the company at exhibitions and trade events. - Track performance metrics and share insights for improvement. Team Collaboration: - Collaborate with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams. - Facilitate communication to align with company objectives and goals. Risk & Compliance: - Identify risks related to regulations or geopolitics. - Support in planning for risk mitigation. - Stay updated on trade rules and advise relevant teams accordingly. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development, preferably in the Middle East region. - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects effectively. - Knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters is essential for this role.,
