Job Description
- As a Quality Analyst at our company, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance team, dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the quality of our products and services. Your role will involve rigorous testing, analysis, and process evaluation to ensure compliance with quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test cases to ensure software quality and functionality. - Conduct manual testing, identifying and documenting defects and issues. - Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects. - Identify, prioritize, and report defects and issues to the development team. - Perform regression, functional, integration, and usability testing on web/mobile apps. - Create and maintain detailed test case documents and reports. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in the software quality field. - Proficiency in JIRA for issue tracking and test management. - Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to think from a user perspective. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
