Job Description
- Briefing the guards/drivers, deploy them on duty.
- Inspecting and patrolling premises regularly.
- Monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious activity.
- Communicating with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel.
- Monitoring public access and ensuring the security of all personnel and visitors.
- Responding to alarms and analyzing security footage.
- Investigating suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches.
- Apprehending trespassers and perpetrators.
- Maintaining activity log and preparing surveillance reports.
- Training the staff on fire & Safety and their duties, and ensure that SOPs are followed.
- Taking rounds of the property.
- Monitor security feeds and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
- Respond to accidents and assist visitors / employees during emergency situations.
- Responsible for the Security of building, guest & staff, parking of vehicles and vendors.
- Train and supervise the Security Guards Team.
- Coordinate with the deputed Security Agency, Valet Agency, Decorators & Other Vendors
- Ensure standards and procedures are followed.
- Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Good leadership.
- Candidate preferably from Hotel/Service Industry.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Preferably from Indore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Committed and reliable
- Proven Experience in Security / Administration / Corporate / Hospitality Security
