Job Title: Oracle EBS Payroll Technical Consultant
Location: Any Location in India
Job Type: Full-Time
Minimum Experience: 8-15 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Oracle EBS Payroll HRMS module, including HRMS & Benefits modules. Good to have Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Cloud experience as well. This role demands a deep understanding of these modules to effectively manage and optimize payroll processes.
Work hour : 3.30PM IST 12.30AM IST
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage EBS Payroll track, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll module.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement benefits solutions.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Payroll/benefits-related issues.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Document business processes and system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 9 years of experience Oracle EBS Payroll.
- Proven experience with 2-3 support projects.
- Proven experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to flexible time shifts.
- Expertise in Payroll & Fast Formula.
- Expertise in Payroll Data Model.
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.9.
- Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle development tools such as Forms,
- Reports and BI Publisher (XML Publisher).
- Experience with OA Framework (OAF) and personalization/customization of EBS modules.
- Familiarity with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) components and development standards.
- Knowledge of Oracle APIs and interface tables for data conversions and integrations.
- Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation and EBS-related tasks.
- Good understanding of HR, Payroll and Benefits business processes, statutory requirements for US Legislation, and configuration logic.
