Role & responsibilities


About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in event operations and ABM execution. You will play a key role in delivering high-impact events, webinars, and engagement campaigns across Europe and the USA, in close collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.This role requires a proactive approach to planning, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring every marketing activity drives engagement, supports sales goals, and delivers a best-in-class experience for prospects and clients.


Key ResponsibilitiesAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Assist in planning and executing targeted ABM campaigns across key business verticals
  • Coordinate webinars, roundtables, and both virtual and in-person events for strategic accounts
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and account engagement

Event Planning & Execution

  • Own end-to-end event logistics for virtual and in-person events, including vendor and sponsorship management
  • Confident with tools like Zoom and HubSpot and Reachdesk for marketing automation
  • Ensure each event aligns with sales goals and audience expectations

Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide regular updates on campaign and event performance to internal stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Legal, Finance, IT, Sales, Inside Sales and Internal Marketing to ensure compliance, budgeting, tech setup, and brand consistency

Reporting & Campaign Analysis

  • Track key KPIs including registrations, engagement, leads generated, and ROI
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to analyze performance and optimize future campaigns

Gifting & Engagement Campaigns

  • Execute and manage gifting campaigns using Reachdesk to boost engagement
  • Monitor performance and iterate based on results
  • Oversee India gifting inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely fulfillment

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 0 - 1 years experience in event operations, sales enablement, or similar marketing roles or internship experience or Freshers can also apply.
  • Proven success in executing events and campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially across global teams
  • Proficiency in marketing and event tools such as HubSpot and Zoom Webinar
