Compensation: Up to 8 LPA (7 LPA Fixed + Reimbursements + Attractive Incentives)
Experience: 414 years in Life Insurance Agency Channel only

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Elite Business Managers to spearhead growth in our Elite Agency Vertical. This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and managing Business Associates (BAs) along with their agent teams, ensuring strong business performance and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop Business Associates and their agent networks

• Drive sales and achieve business targets through effective field engagement and monitoring

• Conduct weekly Performance Review Processes (PRPs) and update Sales Management System

• Implement Career Progression Programs to enhance agent engagement and retention

• Leverage digital tools (CRM, Agent Portal, etc.) for sales efficiency and cross-selling opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Life Insurance Agency Channel (mandatory)

• Education: Graduate (any discipline)

• Skills: Proven leadership, communication, and sales skills; ability to build and lead high-performing teams

• Other: Strong local market knowledge with a consistent and stable career record
