Job Description
JD:
- Must have 4-6 years of experience as PeopleSoft HCM Techno-functional Consultant, preferably with experience in Global Payroll and Absence Management.
- Provide end to end support for PeopleSoft Global Payroll UK, including payroll run monitoring, issue resolution, and supporting payroll operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll calculation errors, retro-pay issues, and element configuration problems.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and implement payroll enhancements or statutory updates.
- Hands-on experience with Peopletools like Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
- Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Document technical solutions, configurations, and contribute to knowledge base development.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with Oracle or similar databases.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
