Job Description
The role entails developing e-Learning web-based trainings/applications. This includes analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, and assisting in testing within standard project constraints. The position requires the individual to manage a team of web developers. It also requires prompt response to issues raised by internal and external customers while adhering to LMS standards and ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements.
Skills:
- Extensive proficiency in tools and web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, NodeJS, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with automation scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, Node, and VB is advantageous.
- Understand how AI-drivenx features (like chatbots, speech-to-text, personalization, and analytics) can enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in delivering and deploying content on mobile devices and LMS (Learning Management Systems) and CMS (Content Management Systems) platforms.
- Thorough knowledge of audio and video formats and streaming technologies.
- Ensure the developed frameworks and templates are reusable, extensible, and aligned with budget and technical specifications. Use/customize appropriate framework templates according to need.
- Resolve problems by offering optimal technical solutions tailored to specific challenges and Ensure the technical implementation of the solution within given constraints.
- Multitask on 2-3 project developments.
- Compose code that is efficient and reusable, adhering to coding standards, and perform code-reviews.
- Should be capable of integrating AI services via APIs, collaborating with backend teams on data flow, and ensuring smooth, responsive interfaces that align with AI-enabled functionality.
- Help other departments by implementing solutions and troubleshooting in rapid-development tools like Articulate Storyline, Lectora, Captivate, LCMS, CMS, and other authoring tools.
- Understand how AI-driven features (like chatbots, speech-to-text, personalization, and analytics) can enhance user experiences.
- Perform self and peer reviews, evaluating design, functionality, usability, and code quality. Additionally, strive for a flawless project delivery, minimizing the presence of bugs.
- Display resourcefulness and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Assist in creating checklists, guidelines, and detailed Work Break Down structure.
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities to disseminate information.
- Consistently analyze client feedback and incorporate the necessary functionality to align with client requirements and meet end-user expectations.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies through research, enabling the delivery of innovative solutions, including learning new programming languages or technologies.
