We are looking for experienced professionals for our International Voice Support team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer queries
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions
- Meet performance KPIs including quality, productivity, and attendance
- Ensure first-call resolution and excellent customer experience
Requirements:
- Prior experience in l voice process/customer support
- Excellent command of English (neutral accent preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Shift Timing:
Night Shifts Only (Rotational shifts and rotational week offs)
