Hi Jobseeker,

We are hiring for Assistant Manager Recruitment || Mumbai

Designation: Assistant Manager - (Frontline / Bulk / Volume Hiring)
Location: Mumbai
6 days Work from office
Shift timings 1PM 10 PM
Qualification: Any Graduate

Responsibilities:

Candidates handling Frontline / Bulk hiring / Volume Hiring only should apply

Vendor Management Experience is mandatory
Total Experience - 8 to 12 years
Relevant Exp - 1 year+ as an AM on paper
Handled a team of at least 5-8 Recruiters / Sr. Recruiters
Handled Bulk, volume and Frontline Hiring, agent-based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
Vendor Management, Employee Referral and Sourcing Team
Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate
Must be comfortable with WFO/Cab Facility.
Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts
