Hiring: Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Consultant (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote Noida)
Location: Noida (Onsite at customer place) / Hybrid / Remote (multiple positions)
Client: USA-based subsidiary implementation project
Duration: Longterm
About the Role
We are looking for strong Oracle HCM Fusion professionals to join our team for a large-scale Cloud HCM Suite implementation. This role will support our USA client from offshore and requires expertise in Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, LMS, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Fusion modules
- Work closely with client teams onsite in Noida and offshore to ensure smooth delivery
- Configure and manage Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Learning & LMS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions
- Ensure compliance with Indian HR/payroll processes while aligning with global standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 16+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Fusion implementation
- Strong expertise in Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, LMS
- Hands-on experience in Payroll, Time & Labor, and Benefits modules
- Prior experience implementing HCM solutions for Indian companies is a must
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Work Mode
- Onsite (Noida) preferred for key roles
- Hybrid/Remote available for multiple positions
