Luxoft is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to enhance our Risk Management capabilities within the Origination & Customer-Lifecycle stack. This strategic role will lead the transformation of complex banking policies into configurable risk modules covering credit decisioning, fraud prevention, and KYC/CDD/AML processes.You will play a critical role in establishing standardized, compliant risk frameworks that can be rapidly deployed across markets through configuration rather than code. This position will also focus on creating reusable integration frameworks for third-party risk services, defining comprehensive risk metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

?? Translate complex banking and regulatory policies into implementable specifications and configurable rules.

?? Design and maintain risk modules for credit, fraud, and KYC/CDD/AML processes.

?? Develop reusable integration frameworks for third-party risk services.

?? Define and monitor risk metrics to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

?? Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Client Success teams to deliver scalable solutions.

?? Support multi-tenant configurations and build risk dashboards for monitoring and analytics.

?? Ensure alignment with technical strategy, including decision engines, event-driven patterns, and risk monitoring frameworks.

Skills
Must have

?? 8+ years of experience in banking or fintech, with expertise in credit, fraud, or KYC/CDD/AML implementations.

?? Strong ability to translate policies into specifications and configurable rules.

?? Proficiency in requirement documentation, BPMN modelling, and API-first design.

?? Hands-on experience with third-party risk service integrations and knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML/CFT, DPDP).

?? Skilled in SQL/BI tools for risk analytics and reporting.

?? Experience with multi-tenant configurations, risk dashboards, and stakeholder management.

?? Familiarity with decision engines, event-driven architectures, and risk monitoring frameworks. Nice to have

?? Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or PMP a plus.

?? Knowledge and previous experience of large-scale financial markets technology platforms a plus.
