Job Description
- Handle the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant flow.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- end to end recruitment .
- Thorough understanding of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions across various functions.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in diversity hiring or career restart programs is a plus.
