Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Domestic Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities



• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly.

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and quality benchmarks.
