Regional Head Finance & Field Operations (Fund Generation)
Salary: 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 per annum + Incentives + Allowances

Job Summary: To lead financial operations and fund generation teams ensuring efficient
collection, investment growth, and market expansion in assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Manage 20 Team Leaders and 300 Finance Executives.
2. Ensure smooth operations, reporting, and analysis.
3. Plan investment campaigns, roadshows, and investor meets.
4. Achieve regional fund generation targets.
5. Ensure compliance with financial documentation standards.
6. Report progress and insights to senior management.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or Marketing
2. 5+ years in team/regional leadership roles
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
4. Knowledge of rural/urban finance operations
