Job Description
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and commissioning of mechanical systems such as piping, HVAC, ducting, compressed air lines, utility lines, and mechanical equipment.
- Monitor and coordinate daily site activities ensuring timely execution of mechanical works.
- Interpret and implement technical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily work reports, material usage logs, and manpower records.
- Ensure mechanical systems are installed as per approved drawings and client specifications.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site and provide practical solutions.
- Enforce adherence to site safety protocols and industrial HSE norms.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical site supervision.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial project execution.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems used in industrial construction.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical layouts, fabrication drawings, and installation standards.
- Experience in handling tools, equipment, and safety protocols on mechanical job sites.
- Good leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
