Responsibilities:
Manage calls, emails, or chats

Resolve basic queries or escalate when needed
Update interaction records
Follow scripts and company guidelines
Achieve daily/weekly performance goals
Eligibility:
12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream)
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Good communication in English/regional language
Basic computer and typing skills
Positive, patient, and willing to learn
Comfortable with shifts (if required)
