- Role Overview: As a Bakery Chef at Muffins bakery in Vadodara under the brand Express, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery. Your main role will involve ensuring that all products are made to the highest standards of quality and consistency. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to create a wide variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Your leadership abilities will be crucial in effectively managing the team and training junior staff. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized work environment will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily bakery operations - Develop and test new recipes - Ensure all products meet quality standards - Manage and train junior staff - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Monitor inventory and order supplies - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards - Collaborate with other kitchen staff - Manage cost control and budgeting - Create a variety of baked goods - Decorate cakes and pastries - Conduct regular quality checks - Handle customer inquiries and special orders - Stay updated on industry trends - Implement new baking techniques - Maintain equipment and tools - Plan and execute seasonal menus - Coordinate with suppliers - Ensure timely production of baked goods - Participate in staff meetings and training sessions Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices - Ability to work efficiently under pressure - Excellent attention to detail - Passion for baking and creating delicious baked goods - Creative flair for developing new recipes and products - Strong work ethic - Good understanding of cost control and budgeting,
