Job Description
- As a Manager, Corporate Strategy at Cognizant, you will play a crucial role within the Corporate Strategy team, interacting with senior leaders and driving impactful workstream execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Drive workstream execution by structuring problems, planning work, conducting analyses, and developing recommendations within larger projects. - Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs from internal and external sources, synthesize findings, and share strategic recommendations. - Support strategy development activities and communicate strategies to various stakeholders. - Translate complex inputs into compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations. - Contribute to knowledge building around market and technology trends and assist in developing internal and external thought leadership. - Participate in Corporate Strategy team initiatives like recruiting, knowledge management, and employee engagement. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience at a top strategy consulting firm or in Corporate Strategy/Business Strategy roles at leading firms. - Experience in Tech or relevant industries like Banking & Financial Services, Health Sciences, or Manufacturing. - Strong academic background with a degree from a reputable MBA program. - Proficiency in leading workstreams on strategy projects and managing cross-functional stakeholders. - Ability to work with ambiguity, analyze key issues, and structure solutions. - Advanced analytical skills with expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel. - Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual communication abilities. - Collaborative, impact-oriented, and comfortable engaging with a diverse global team. Cognizant's Corporate Strategy Team collaborates directly with senior executives to shape and execute strategic agendas in various key areas such as market intelligence, global strategy definition, strategy support at different levels, and strategy execution. The team is seen as an incubator for future leaders within the organization, fostering a proactive, collaborative, and merit-based culture. Travel Required: YES - Occasionally to the Hyderabad office.,
