- Role Overview: As a DevOps Engineer at Purview, you will be responsible for working on Ansible, Jenkins, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), monitoring, altering, setting up GCP projects, and building CI/CD pipelines. Your role will involve ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, promoting best practices, and maintaining always-up, always-available services. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and focus on customer service will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Work on Ansible, Jenkins, GCP, monitoring, altering, setting up GCP projects, and building CI/CD pipelines - Ensure operational excellence and adherence to best practices - Maintain always-up, always-available services - Provide clear and concise documentation - Handle multiple outputs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Collaborate with team members to deliver solutions Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in DevOps (not overall IT experience) - Strong knowledge of Ansible, Jenkins, GCP - Excellent understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) design and architecture - Exceptional drive, motivation, and commitment to operational excellence - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a complex global environment - Excellent oral and written communication skills (Note: Candidates with experience in AWS and Azure are not preferred for this role at Purview.)
