Experience in Software Testing and User Acceptance Testing
-Strong hands-on testing/development/ Routing configuration experience on IVR (Interactive Voice Response ) and Telephony systems
-Experience of Genesys IVR Platform and Cyara IVR Automation tool
-Good to have knowledge on Agile methodologies
-Working knowledge of CA Rally will be an added advantage
-Experience in Creating Test Scenarios , Test Cases from Call Flow Visio Diagrams
-Should have got good experience in developing and automating test cases using Cyara on GVP platform
-Knowledge of IVR tools like VCCD , PBX Avaya
-Execution of test cases to ensure it confirms business requirement
-Create defects and track it till closure
-Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, while meeting all project-related deadlines
-Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ
-Work independently on projects, where tasks are self-determined and not specifically assigned
-Work with business partners, systems analyst, designers and programmers to create / analyze required project documents and ensures that quality assurance processes are incorpo
