Responsibilities: 

 

• Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.

  • Assign tasks, review work, and ensure timely project completion.

• Project Management:

  • Plan, manage, and execute mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.

  • Oversee design, development, testing, and installation of mechanical systems.

  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Design & Development:

  • Approve mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications.

  • Ensure systems meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.

  • Support innovation and continuous improvement in mechanical designs.
