Job Description
- As a Management Trainee at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in processing invoices with PO & Non PO, reconciling processed work, and ensuring production planning on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will also include: - Demonstrating good knowledge of excel reports such as Pivot table, formulas, formatting, and data cleansing - Resolving queries related to wrong posting, reversal, and corrections - Supporting team members in processing corrections by clarifying doubts and confusions - Ensuring that SOPs are reviewed frequently and updated post-client signoff - Researching and completing compliance reports for areas defined as controls by the client - Utilizing multiple systems and process documentation to complete tasks - Responding to customer requests from legal, internal/external audit, or business units - Working on multiple ERP, Systems, and Manual Intensive nature of Work - Managing helpdesk query, Exception handling, and maintaining 100% accuracy in invoice processing - Reporting taxes while processing region-specific invoices - Understanding Helpdesk operations for added advantage Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - University graduate in any discipline Preferred Qualifications/skills: - Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration - Relevant work experience in AP, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry - Practical knowledge of SAP/Coupa and Reporting and Service Now - Excellent time management, planning skills, attention to detail, and good analytical capabilities - Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals Join Genpact and be part of a global professional services and solutions firm that is dedicated to delivering outcomes that shape the future.
