Job Description

    As an Associate or Senior Process Associate for Chat and Email support at Genpact, your role will involve providing timely support via chat and email to address customer inquiries, issues, and service requests. You will be responsible for resolving technical problems, service disruptions, or inquiries in a clear, concise, and efficient manner. Maintaining high-quality standards of communication is crucial, ensuring that all responses are accurate, polite, and professional. In case of complex issues, you will escalate them to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution. Documenting and tracking customer interactions accurately in the customer service management system (CRM) will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Product and Technical Support, to address complex customer concerns is essential. Meeting or exceeding performance targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics is a key objective. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with meaningful experience in Banking operations with a proven track record. - Strong written communication skills with a focus on clear, professional, and friendly messaging. - Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with customer service management systems or live chat platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is a plus. - Basic technical knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about products/services. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. - Good experience in MS-Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a Banking support role. - Familiarity with the Banking industry/product line. - Additional language skills are a plus.,
