Job Description

Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.

Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.

Perform regression testing to validate bug fixes and new features.

Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and timelines.

Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings (Agile environment).

Prepare detailed QA reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

0 - 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.

Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is an added advantage.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
