HR Recruiter Fresher / Experienced || Immediate Joiners || Walk-In || Take Home 10k-25k(Plus Incentives) || Work From Office || Only Females
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Shift: Day Shift | 6 Days Working | Sunday Fixed Off
Interview Type: Walk-In (HR,Manager round)
Salary:
Freshers (2024 & 2025 Graduates): 10,000 for 1st month, 15,000 + Incentives from 2nd month onwards
Experienced ( BPO/Healthcare Hiring Experience): Up to 25,000 + Attractive Incentives
No PF / ESI / Cab
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiters (Freshers & Experienced) to join our growing recruitment team.
If you have a passion for hiring and are confident in handling end-to-end recruitment, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for BPO voice/non-voice positions.
Source candidates through Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.), references, and walk-ins.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and closures.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Freshers (2024 / 2025 pass outs) are welcome.
Experienced recruiters must have hands-on experience in BPO/Healthcare hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Should be available for immediate joining.
