Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical Support to customers via chat or calls, addressing inquires, and technical issue.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems related to electronics products.
• Guide customers through step by step solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hsc or any grad are eligible
• Excellent technical knowledge required
• Customer focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Immediate joiner required only

Technical/System Requirements:

• System: Core i3 windows 10 or above, 8GB RAM
• Camera: Mandatory
• Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps
• Headset: USB headset
• UPS/Power backup: Mandatory
