Job Description

We have an hiring for Billing Executive at Ahmedabad

Job Description-

Role & Responsibilities :-

Billing and Payment Processing: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle diverse payment modes including cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payments.
Invoice Generation: Prepare and generate accurate, GST-compliant sales invoices and receipts for customer purchases.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve billing discrepancies, and handle returns, exchanges, or refund processes politely and efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
Cash Management & Reconciliation: Manage cash counter operations, perform daily closing and balancing of transactions, and reconcile daily sales and cash flow logs.
Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing and sales transactions. Prepare and analyze periodic reports on billing activity for management review.
Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the store and stock teams for price checks, product information, and billing-related data entry to ensure alignment between sales and inventory records.
Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant financial and tax regulations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in retail billing software and POS systems.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel & Computer Knowledge
