Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Laboratory specialist to join our Laboratory Advisory Practice. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in QC laboratories operations and should have as a minimum supervised a QC Laboratory team as well as executed analytical testing. This role requires a deep understanding of QC operations including such examples as analytical method lifecycle requirements, regulatory rules and guidelines, new product introductions, in addition to quality processes such as laboratory investigations, change control, CAPAs and QC related trending programmes.
This Laboratory Business Consultant will collaborate with QC teams to enhance their operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvements across laboratory functions as part of digital transformation programmes.
Skill set:
- Knowledge on Life Sciences industry
- Process Modeling: creating process flow diagrams, use cases, Knowledge and data mapping
- Requirements Gathering: eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements from stakeholders, Understanding of system integration concepts, Thoroughness in analyzing requirements and documentation to ensure accuracy
- Technical Documentation: creating clear and concise functional specification documents.
- Quality control domain knowledge
- Knowledge and experience with GxP, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Comprehensive knowledge of the entire SDLC and experience in Agile, Scrum.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and business team, Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and solve complex business problems
- Effective collaboration with SMEs/stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs, Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously and Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- MBA/MPharm/Post graduate in Science
- Experience in managing application roll our projects as BA
