Roles and Responsibilities

Provide backend chat support to customers through various communication channels (email, chat, etc.).
Ensure excellent communication skills in English language proficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency.
Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24x7).
Strong understanding of chatbot technology and its applications.
Graduation degree with Provisionals & Mark memos- MANDATORY
