Job Title: Medical Coder - ED Facility and E&M (IP & OP)

Preferred candidate profile:

Location: Noida (On-site)
Department: Medical Coding (HIM)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in ED Facility and E&M coding (IP & OP).
• Certification: CPC, COC, or CCS (Certified Coders only).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

Role & responsibilities:

• Review and code ED, inpatient, and outpatient medical records using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Assign accurate codes for diagnoses, procedures, and E&M services.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, payer-specific, and internal coding guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve documentation issues.
• Participate in audits and implement feedback for coding accuracy.
• Support denial management and appeals processes.
• Maintain coding accuracy and productivity standards.
