Qualification & Experience: -
Bengaluru -
- Shivaji Nagar & Kudlu Gate - Any Graduate Fresher/Experience in Customer Service
- Nagavara - Any UG Experience in Customer Care
- Kundalahalli - Any Commerce Graduate Fresher/Experience OR Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in International Claims Processing & Adjudication (P&C/ Insurance/ Health Care).
Hyderabad -
- Manikonda - Any UG Fresher/Experience in Customer Service)
- DLF Cyber City - Any Graduate + 1 Year Experience in International Customer Support
Kolkata -
- Bidhan Nagar - Any UG Fresher/Experience in Customer handling
- New Town - Any Graduate Fresher/Experience
Key Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email or chat ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Provide accurate and complete information about company products and services to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams (Technical Support, Management, etc.) when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service quality.
- Meet qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., CSAT, First Call Resolution, Average Handling Time).
Salary (Based on Interview and Experience) & Other Benefits: -
Bengaluru -
- Shivaji Nagar - 21k CTC - 25 CTC + Quarterly Bonus.
- Kudlu Gate - 20.5k CTC - 30k CTC + Quarterly Bonus.
- Nagavara - Up to 30k CTC + Incentives and Bonus.
- Kundalahalli - Up to 37k CTC
Hyderabad -
- Manikonda - 20.8k CTC - 30k CTC.
- DLF Cyber City - Up to 37k CTC.
Kolkata -
- Bidhan Nagar - 16k CTC - 25k CTC.
- New Town - 14k CTC.
