Highly skilled and experienced specialists offer services which range from consulting to craft & prototyping to solution & implementation and operation- everything out of one hand. We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Polarion and Jira) Youll make a difference by: 
  •  Primary Responsibilities: 
  • - Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between SMO CS teams, IT service providers, and the internal Pune operations team.
  • - Oversee end-to-end ALM toolchain setup, evolution, and roadmap for SMO CS (Siemens Polarion, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Jira X-ray, Jira BigPicture, etc.).
  • - Represent SMO DS in ALM community forums, participate in strategy shaping discussions.
  • - Define and maintain operational procedures, knowledge base, asset lifecycle policies.
  • - Lead all toolchain risk and security assessments, fulfilling Siemens "Asset Manager" requirements.
  • - Facilitate tool integration concepts (Jira Polarion, Jira BigPicture, SAP Sherpa, etc.).
  • - Guide the operations team (ALM + Atlassian engineers) and ensure clear task allocation and tracking.
  • - Initiate and drive training programs for DS users with support from other engineers
  •  Skills Needed: 
  • - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • - Broad toolchain knowledge (Jira, Confluence, Siemens Polarion, DevOps integrations)
  • - Experience in asset management, Siemens IT architecture principles
  • - Exposure to DevOps concepts, cloud/on-prem hybrid tools
  • - Familiar with **@Si****s, SAFe framework, IT security compliance
    •  Desired Skills:
  •  
  • 9+ years of experience is required.
  • Great Communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
