We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in hospitals or clinical settings. The ideal candidate will assess patient conditions, administer medications, support doctors, and ensure the well-being and safety of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes.

• Administer medications safely (oral, IV, IM, subcutaneous).

• Assist in procedures, surgeries, and other medical interventions.

• Provide wound care, infection control, and post-operative support.

• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams for effective patient care.
