Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Source and attract top talent for BPO/Call Centre roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

Desired Candidate Profile

*Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

2-7 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre recruitment or related field.
Proven track record of successful bulk hiring, volume hiring, or mass recruitment campaigns.
Strong understanding of IT hiring processes and industry trends in the BPO/Call Centre sector.
