Job Description
Role : International non voice process
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Process Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, data entry, backend processing, and support functions through email, chat, or internal tools without voice-based communication. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, good analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently with accuracy and speed.
Work Mode : Work from Office
Location: Uppal.
Two way cab facility
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer or client interactions through email, live chat, and/or ticketing systems.
- Manage data entry tasks and ensure accuracy in updating internal databases or CRM tools.
- Resolve queries and issues as per company protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending requests, and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on tasks completed and issues resolved.
- Meet performance benchmarks for quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
