Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist for Google Aido or YouTube, you will provide high-quality assistance to users, creators, and advertisers by resolving inquiries related to platform features, account issues, content policies, and ad performance. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

For Google Aido:

Assist advertisers with campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting in Google Ads.

Provide support on AI-powered features within Google platforms (such as Smart Campaigns or Performance Max).

Help users navigate the Ads dashboard, billing, targeting, and performance tracking tools.

Escalate technical issues or complex requests to the appropriate teams.

For YouTube:

Support content creators and viewers with questions related to video uploads, monetization, copyright, or community guidelines.

Investigate and resolve account-related concerns (e.g., suspended accounts, strikes, demonetization).

Educate users on YouTube policies and best practices.

Moderate content and escalate violations of terms of service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

Prior experience in tech support, digital marketing, or content moderation (1+ year preferred).

Strong understanding of Google and/or YouTube platforms.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting digital interfaces.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply policy accurately.

Preferred Skills

Google Ads or YouTube

Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (e.g., English + Spanish, Portuguese, or French).

Passion for tech, digital content, and online communities.
