About the Role:
We are looking for passionate B2B sales professionals to join our team at OYO. The role involves identifying & onboarding new hotel/property partners, building long-term business relationships, and driving revenue growth through OYOs platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new hotel/property partners in your region
  
• Build and execute joint business plans with property owners
  
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding
  
• Ensure smooth operations and resolve partner issues
  
• Track market trends and update business strategies accordingly
  

Who Can Apply:

• 27 years of B2B sales/client onboarding experience
  
• Strong negotiation, networking & relationship-building skills
  
• Hospitality/travel industry experience preferred
  
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
