Job Title: Project Manager IT (CRM Domain) with CLM Support Capability
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India/Tech Mahindra Location (PAN India)
Domain: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Experience Level: 10+ years in IT project management, with CRM and CLM exposure
Role Overview
Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager IT (CRM Domain) to lead strategic CRM initiatives for our global client, a leader in specialty chemicals. The ideal candidate will also possess working knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and be capable of supporting cross-functional CLM projects. This role is based out of Tech Mahindras Pune office and involves close collaboration with global business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and define scope
- Manage CRM platform implementations and enhancements (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Support CLM initiatives by coordinating with legal and procurement teams and CLM vendors (e.g., Icertis, Conga)
- Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, and risk registers
- Ensure alignment with compliance, data governance, and business process standards
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption strategies
- Identify opportunities for CRM-CLM integration and process optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in CRM domain
- Working knowledge of CLM platforms and contract workflows
- Strong understanding of CRM processes including lead management, customer engagement, and analytics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience working in a global delivery model with offshore/onshore coordination
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience working with chemical or manufacturing clients
- Exposure to CRM-CLM integration strategies
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus
